These weapons occupy a special place within the work of the workshop.

Unlike the ash weapons intended for regular practice, they come into being when boards with particular qualities become available.

Their manufacture remains faithful to the spirit of Manmori: weapons designed to be used, yet whose wood and craftsmanship reveal a distinctive character.

Each piece depends on the wood itself: its grain, its density and the balance it makes possible.

Weapons made from these woods are not produced continuously. They are offered only when the workshop has suitable timber available for their manufacture.
